London East Alternative Provision

At LEAP inclusion is at the heart of the school’s vision and values. We aim to provide equality and equity for all students that we work with. The students have already faced challenges, difficulties and failure in mainstream education, therefore, it is vital that we utilise our resources to enable students to make both academic and social emotional progress. We aim to be both a place of safety: a home for students and an environment where students are able to learn effectively.

The role of Sports within the PRU creates an important and diverse opportunity to engage, support and motivate our students while building meaningful and trusted relationships. Basketball is one of the rising sports of the school and we have some up and coming ballers!!

Our aim is to transform the lives of children and young people for whom traditional teaching methods have not worked. We help our students develop the confidence, skills and knowledge to believe that they can be successful in their own lives. We believe by being part of the AP Sports Federation it will support our students to achieve this as well as developing their leadership and wellbeing

We find and build young peoples' strengths and interests, and support them to be happy, confident and reach their potential. At CSS we invite you to either pick up a bat or a racket for an enjoyable competitive Table Tennis or Badminton game…

Southend YMCA Community School

Our values underpin everything we offer and help support the fundamental skills that all students need to ensure they are successful in life beyond their time here. We enjoy trying a variety of sports and testing our new skills in games against peers, staff and now our competitors in the AP Sports Federation. We look forward to challenging you at any sport.

Mayesbrook Park School

Orchardside

Our aim at Orchardside School is to support each student by providing the highest quality learning experience daily in physical education. We offer a variety of sports and activities to our students including football, trampoline, badminton, basketball, table tennis and lots of outdoor activities. The student’s favourite activity changes with the cohort however, Trampolining seems to be a winner at the moment!! We cannot wait to be involved in this years competitions, look forward to seeing you
